Strategic Instructional Design Model

ADDIE

Phase I) Perform a comprehensive assessment of current (and future) AMCS channel and partner learning and development needs using a proven systematic approach, (ADDIE). Phase II) Strategize and develop, using appropriate technologies, user-friendly, easily-accessible, and high-value learning and development solutions. Phase III) Develop a comprehensive implementation/communication plan which maximizes awareness of the Learning and Development initiative. Phase IV) Establish an end-to-end evaluation program which provides feedback throughout the process. This on-going feedback provides an opportunity for continued improvement.
