Stocks of the Fortune Magazine’s identified, “100 Best Companies to Work For” have outperformed comparable companies. On average, stocks registered more than two percentage points higher.

Now more than ever it is important to successfully align Individual unique KSAs, (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities), and employee position “must haves” to increase engagement and retention.

We have seen a 20-year decline in employee job satisfaction to a new all-time low of only 45 percent. Confirmed by a recent annual survey “I Can’t Get No...Job Satisfaction, That is: America’s Unhappy Workers”, conducted by The Conference Board.

Engagement levels for top performers have dropped 25% as reported in a recent Watson Wyatt survey. 33% of top performers dissatisfied with the performance of their companies and leadership.
